Shipping & Returns



1. If you wish to cancel your order:

   a. you can notify us by email before we have mailed the goods to you;
   b. where goods have already been mailed to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clauses 4.a/b below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14  days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be born by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

   a. in the event that the product has been used.
   b. there is no proof of purchase stating, that the item was purchased via       www.chakrahealingjewelry.com.

5. All shipping is at the expense of the "buyer".
   a. the seller will not cover any loss/damage caused to goods once the item(s) have been shipped.
   b. the seller has the right to decline any return after the 14 day return period from date of purchase.
   c. to qualify for a return you may be asked to send us a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.
   d. Chakra Healing Jewelry reserves the right to NOT refund an item, if it is returned to us in any other condition other then what the item condition was in once it left our store, ie: damaged, scratched.
